Printers using Windows 10 Driver

It has been found a problem with Microsoft latest update KB5000802 (version 20H2) which is causing troubles to many different printers (not only Mitsubishi but other brands as well).

We strongly recommend all our customers NOT to update their windows PC.

In case it has been already updated, please remove it and turn off your automatic updates until Microsoft has solved this issue.
